Terms of Service

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you engage us as a client, a separate written service agreement governs that engagement, and where it conflicts with these terms, the service agreement controls.

Go Easy Media provides done-for-you corporate outreach for limousine and bus operators: prospect research, outreach, messaging, follow-up and appointment setting, plus the deliverables named in your service agreement. We are an independent contractor, not your employee, agent or partner.

Our programme is built for operators running three or more vehicles, and we take one operator per city. We may decline or end an engagement if an operation is not a fit, or if the city is already committed to another operator.

Our guarantee — ten qualified corporate accounts in your pipeline within 90 days, or we keep working at no further cost until we deliver them — is defined by the written service agreement, including how a qualified account is measured and what the client must do for the guarantee to apply. Those obligations typically include taking the meetings we book and responding to prospects within a reasonable time. The guarantee does not apply where those obligations are not met.

You are responsible for attending the meetings we set, for the accuracy of the information you give us about your business, for your own licensing, insurance and compliance as a transportation operator, for the tools and subscriptions on your side, and for how you conduct yourself with the prospects we introduce.

Fees, billing dates and payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Fees are payable in advance unless that agreement says otherwise.

Results shown on this site are real outcomes we have delivered and are not typical or promised. We do not guarantee any level of revenue, bookings, contracts or profit. What you achieve depends on your market, pricing, fleet, responsiveness and ability to close.

The content, branding and materials on this site belong to Go Easy Media and may not be copied or reused without permission. Work product created specifically for you is handled as set out in your service agreement.

Each side keeps the other’s non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the purpose of the engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Easy Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Either side may end an engagement as provided in the service agreement. Fees earned before termination remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
